This accredited course will equip you with the skills for a career in construction management, allowing you to be involved at every stage of exciting developments across london and beyond. you’ll build a range of technical and managerial construction expertise, along with up to date knowledge of legislation and regulations – the byelaws, health and safety regulations and legal and financial implications of construction projects. we’ll also prepare you to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver with confidence in complex environments.

Placement

For those students who choose to take the four year sandwich course, the third year is spent on an industrial placement in the uk and guided by our dedicated team. this four-year sandwich option is a great opportunity to understand the way that the industry functions and to gain an appreciation of the commercial environment. you’ll spend a year in the workplace, honing your skills and enacting what you've learnt in real-world systems. regular online contact with tutors, peer-contact and placement support will be maintained throughout the year.

Work while you study

You can also work on a UK student visa, from 10 to 20 hours per week during the academic year, 40 hours per week or full-time during vacations.
