Business Management and Human Resources

It is frequently said that an organisation’s most important assets are its people, so an awareness of how people react to each other, and to the organisation, is fundamental to how an organisation operates. Our Business Management and Human Resources course enables you to focus on management processes, with a strong emphasis on issues relating to the people dimensions of organisations, individuals and employment. The course is designed to enhance your understanding of the processes of managing by studying concepts such as researching people and organisations, human resource development, international business communication and new perspectives in management and human resources, and strategic human resource management.

ELP programs are offered by universities or pathway institutions to assist students in achieving the language proficiency required for academic studies. You can get admitted to your course with a lower language requirement if you do an ELP program.
