Course Overview

As a building surveyor you will be involved in the development, management, conservation, refurbishment and maintenance of all types of real estate. developed in consultation with industry our accredited course builds your knowledge across the range of elements involved in building surveying, including construction technology, building pathology, project management, property management and property law. you put theory into practice on site visits, field trips, in the lab and using specialist facilities and technology such as building information modelling (bim) all of which help bring learning to life.
