We have been offering courses in retailing since the mid-1980s and now have several hundred alumni from our undergraduate, msc and mba in retail courses. many of these alumni are now in senior managerial positions in retailers or supply chains in the uk, europe and throughout asia. this extensive network of alumni provides us with contacts and opportunities in businesses across the retail and marketing sectors around the world. typical roles for graduates with this qualification include retail manager, retail brand manager, retail marketing executive, product marketing manager or consultant. career opportunities exist not only in the retail sector itself but increasingly in suppliers, digital service providers and non-profit sectors. there is high demand for marketing professionals with specialist qualifications throughout the world across virtually every sector of business. as a stirling graduate in marketing you have excellent career prospects.
Work while you study
You can also work on a UK student visa, from 10 to 20 hours per week during the academic year, 40 hours per week or full-time during vacations.
