You'll develop communication, analytical and numeracy skills with an economics and politics degree. these skills mean you could go into graduate jobs at organisations such as the civil service and government, banks, consultancies, insurance and accounting firms, think tanks, non-governmental organisations and political parties. you'll also benefit from extensive career support including mentoring by employers and alumni, networking, guest lectures, events and workshops. you can meet and hear from graduate employers and former sussex students, find out more about graduate schemes and get help with preparing for selection tests and assessment centres. there are also several societies you can join, including one run by economics students, which welcomes guest lecturers and brings together students from economics courses, as well as those from other courses who share an interest in economics.
