International Management

The globalised business world is ever changing and challenging. on this course, you’ll develop an understanding of how globalisation shapes business decisions. you’ll gain the confidence to manage organisations and make reliable decisions in an international context. on this msc, you’ll: learn about the economic, cultural, legal and political differences in the international business environment study critical business processes and managerial functions such as accounting and marketing explore socially responsible and sustainable management practices and why they are essential for businesses to succeed gain skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, and apply them in your own research projects. you have the opportunity to tailor your degree to your interests. options you can choose from range from international marketing, to globalisation and integration, to international human resource management, and to innovation for sustainability.

ELP programs are offered by universities or pathway institutions to assist students in achieving the language proficiency required for academic studies. You can get admitted to your course with a lower language requirement if you do an ELP program.

To help you gain experience and increase your employability, you can apply for an optional placement as part of your course. research placements run for up to 12 weeks in the summer term and vacation. you can also write your dissertation based on your experience. you’ll be responsible for applying for and securing your placement. our dedicated careers team can help you: find an employer draft an application prepare for interviews.
